Asthma and Obesity

Fatty tissue has been found in the lungs of overweight and obese people for the first time.

Australian researchers analysed lung samples from 52 people and found the amount of fat increased in line with body mass index.

They said their findings could explain why being overweight or obese increased asthma risk.

Dr Peter Noble, an associate professor at the University of Western Australia, in Perth who worked on the study, said: "Being overweight or obese has already been linked to having asthma or having worse asthma symptoms. (Health,BBC 2019).

FORGIVENESS

Forgiveness:To cease to blame someone or something from penalty;to free from obligation of debt.

 Forgiveness is at the heart of Christianity. It is about needing,seeking and finding that forgiveness in Jesus Christ.
   Exercising forgiveness as a Christian recognizes two things:
The fallen nature of humanity-that we are human and we are all prone to sin.
The redeeming work of Jesus Christ on the cross--that Jesus Christ came and died for all the sins si all people who would receive that forgiveness,how however gross the sin.

           
       GRACE...
    

  Grace is God's free,unmerited favour shown to guilty sinners.
      Because of grace,although we are guilty of breaking the law,God treats us as though we have not sinned. This grace is available to us because Jesus Christ died on the cross.
      Grace stands in opposition to any worthiness on our part. Grace and work are mutually exclusive. 
       No human effort can contribute to salvation...it is the gift of God. (Rom 11;6,Eph2:8-9).
